Experiments in Natural Philosophy

Todd Robinson’s ‘Experiments In Natural Philosophy’ is a series of balloon-inspired sculptures that give life to Robinson‘s inquiry into sculptural presence, materiality and audience reception.

The exhibition is indeed very experimental, featuring also a new series of rope sculptures. Todd Robinson has exhibited within a range of institutional, contemporary and artist-run contexts, including Art Gallery of New South Wales, Ian Potter Museum of Art, Melbourne and held solo exhibitions at Chasm, USA ( 2015), Oooh, Sydney Contemporary with Galerie Pompom (2013), Sightlessness, Artspace, among others.
